SALE NOTES:
- Please note that the lots offered for sale are non-CE compliant, as required by the relevant EU directives. These goods may therefore be used exclusively as spare parts, or alternatively, they may be scrapped.
- Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Professionals (i.e., those purchasing the goods exclusively for professional use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to repairers and manufacturers, or scrap dealers.
- The party provisionally awarded one or more goods at the end of the auction is required to send the documentation indicated in the terms of sale to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
