Auction Description

COURT OF BERGAMO
BANKRUPTCY NO. 242/2018
WHEREAS

- the Procedure has received a purchase proposal secured by a guarantee relating to Lot 1 - Auction No. 9268 for a value of €6,000.00;

- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the auction base, the methods of which are regulated by these Tender Rules;

- the person who submitted the offer that constitutes the auction base is in any case required to be accredited for the auction and to participate in the experiment according to the indications of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale.

Given the above,

NOTICE

that on July 22, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00, the asynchronous electronic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following credits:

Lot 1 - Auction no. 9268: Credit totaling Euro 631,267.54 (Euro Six hundred and thirty-one thousand two hundred and sixty-seven/54) claimed by the bankrupt company Noce S.r.l. in Liquidation against ALP EMIRATES PANEL MANUFACTURING L.L.C.

Starting auction price: Euro 6,000.00 (Euro Six thousand/00), equal to the amount of the irrevocable purchase offer received by the Bankruptcy Receivership.

ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALES PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving telematic offers, pursuant to art. 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

The telematic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 21/07/2025 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it
