SALE OF SHAREHOLDINGS: 50% stake in ECO 2000 S.r.l., registered in Artena, tax code 05700951006, registered in the Rome Companies Register under No. 913907, share capital €10,000.00, with an estimated value of €207,130.00. The company's purpose, and it has been verified that it carries out, is the collection, transportation on its own account of materials for disposal, and the reuse, recovery, and disposal of waste in general.
Please note that pursuant to Article 2471, paragraph 3, of the Civil Code, cc, and in compliance with the provisions of the bylaws of the individual companies regarding the shareholders' right of pre-emption, the Professional will notify the participating companies and the shareholders of the auction result. Within ten days of the award, the participating companies may submit another buyer offering the same price as the winning bidder.

The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and will last for 2 hours, unless further bids are submitted.
