The undersigned, Attorney Giuseppe Dell'Anna Misurale, Trustee of Bankruptcy No. 60/2015, following approval by the bodies of the Liquidation Plan procedure,
IS PLACING FOR SALE
the following property pertaining to the bankruptcy proceedings, as further described in the appraisal reports:
Lot No. 1 – AUCTION 9741: 3.7415% stake in the share capital of "Irongroup srl," with registered office at Via dei Mugnai 12, Assisi (PG).
Starting bid: €15,000.00
Minimum raise: €500.00
To participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein. Purchase offers may be submitted by 12:00 noon on February 24, 2026, via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and included in the certified email must be digitally signed. The subject line of the certified email must contain only the wording "Bankruptcy No. 60/2015, Trustee: Attorney Giuseppe Dell'Anna Misurale, Offer to purchase Lot No. 9741."
On February 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers submitted according to the procedures described above. After verifying the validity of the offers submitted, Abilio S.p.A. will activate bidders on the website www.industrialdiscount.it according to the procedures set forth in this notice.
The ascending auction will begin on February 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM and will end the same day at 5:00 PM. Only authorized bidders may participate.
