The undersigned Attorney Giuseppe Dell’Anna Misurale, Trustee of Bankruptcy No. 60/2015, following the approval by the bodies of the procedure of the Liquidation Plan
OFFERS FOR SALE
the following asset belonging to the insolvency procedure, as more fully described in the appraisal reports:
Lot No. 1 – AUCTION 9741: shareholding equal to 3.7415% of the share capital of the company “Irongroup Srl”, with registered office at Via dei Mugnai 12, Assisi (PG).
Base auction price: €11,250.00
Minimum bid increment: €500.00
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, following the instructions provided therein. Purchase offers may be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on 20/04/2026 by certified email (PEC) to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
Please note that the documentation sent as attachments and contained in the PEC message must be digitally signed. The subject of the PEC communication must contain exclusively the following wording:
“Bankruptcy No. 60/2015, Trustee Avv. Giuseppe Dell’Anna Misurale – Offer for the purchase of Lot No. 9741”.
On 21/04/2026 at 2:00 p.m., Abilio S.p.A. will proceed with the opening of the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers submitted according to the procedures described above and, having verified the validity of the offers received, will enable the bidders on the website www.industrialdiscount.it in accordance with the procedures set out in this notice.
The ascending auction will begin on 22/04/2026 at 3:00 p.m. and will end on the same day at 5:00 p.m.. Only authorized bidders will be allowed to participate.
