Machine configuration:
- Continuous 8-belt feeder with mechanical vibration, pair of double-adjustment gauges, double side guides for pile containment and independently driven feeder belts with micrometric speed variation and automatic stop.
- Pre-breaker module for pre-folding the first and third creases, the latter with adjustable angle and leather belt.
- Removable lower left gluer with 3 mm disc, double glue scraper, guide, pressure roller and glue bottle.
- Three-transport closing module with folding belts at independently adjustable speed, removable central transport for minimum formats and folding belt carriage that can be moved forward or backward for boxes with protruding flaps. 24 mm Linatex left closing belt.
- Small carton device to be fitted on the central transport, for closed boxes under 65 mm.
- Delivery section with a pair of squeezing rollers with adjustable sleeves, electro-pneumatic counting and kicker.
- Collector with automatic stop of the delivery belt, independently driven pressure belt adjustable with decimal potentiometer, belts guiding the die-cut blanks and belt with pneumatic pressure adjustment in several sections.
- Electronic production control with multifunction colour touch screen terminal (Vega Integrated System V.I.S.2): box count per bundle, automatic collector stop, control of the jogging systems and of the minimum gap between boxes, storage and recall of parameters by code.
- Safety: portable radio-frequency push-button panel for set-up, infrared barriers on the left and right sides, two tactile safety microswitches in the closing section and at the collector inlet.
