SALE BY A COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION – COLLECTION OF OPEN BINDING OFFERS
VOLUNTARY SALE OF THE CAPITAL EQUIPMENT OF A COMPANY IN THE PAPER CONVERTING SECTOR, SPECIALISED IN THE PRODUCTION OF BOXES AND CARDBOARD PRODUCTS.
The sale includes the complete equipment of the plant: a 2021 Vega Polaris 90 folder-gluer for folding carton and corrugated board, two WUPA automatic die-cutters, a Valiani cutting plotter, end-of-line equipment (Logimec palletiser, Toppy Twister pile turner, carton collector and rotating lifting platforms), four forklifts, nine pallet trucks, prepress plotters, Eureka sweeper and scrubber-dryer, office equipment and furniture.
The assets are divided into 5 lots by type, plus one lot including all of them as a single block:
- Lot 1 – Vega Polaris 90 Folder-Gluer
- Lot 2 – Die-Cutting and Sampling
- Lot 3 – End-of-Line
- Lot 4 – Internal Logistics
- Lot 5 – Prepress, Cleaning and Office
- Lot 6 – Single Block (Lots 1-5)
Open offers may be submitted for one or more individual lots and/or for the single block. The invitation to offer states, for each lot, the appraised value for reference purposes only.
Offers are open: there is no minimum amount.
Offers must be received by 12:00 noon (CET) on Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
