The company’s share capital amounts to €10,000.00, fully subscribed and paid.

Minimum accepted offer: €15,820.00
Minimum bid increment: €1,000.00
Please note that, pursuant to Art. 2471, paragraph 3 of the Italian Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the company’s bylaws regarding the shareholders’ right of first refusal, the Professional will notify the investee company and its shareholders of the outcome of the auction.
Within ten days from the award, the company may present another purchaser offering the same price as the successful bidder.
