Judicial Liquidation No. 1/2023

Company compendium consisting of real estate, registered movable property, movable property, warehouse inventory and equipment related to the business operation of a fuel depot located in the countryside of the Municipality of Salemi in the Capitisseti district registered on the NCEU sheet 122 parcel 326 sub.3 (buildings partly for office use and partly for warehouse use) and on NCT sheet 122 parcel 326 (land area extended to cadastral size 3,103).

Inside the area there are partly legitimized building artefacts, correct building permit issued by the Municipality of Salemi n.45/2010, for which there are slight non-conformities that can be remedied, and partly artefacts without authorization and for which it is expected demolition and restoration. The company complex, currently inactive, has a concession relating to the storage of mineral oils right D.D. 229 of 02/25/2008 for a total of 200 m3 (diesel, unleaded petrol, denatured diesel and oils in sealed packages) as well as further licenses, which are currently suspended.

The area where the company complex is located is burdened by various constraints.

- the Trustees have received an irrevocable secured purchase offer for an amount equal to €150,000.00 in addition to legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to Abilio S.p.a. relating to the Company Compendium referred to in Lot 1;

- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the purchase offer received as the starting price, the methods of implementation of which are regulated by the sale notice;
