SALES NOTES
- Please note that the item is sold without tools and work teams. The successful tenderer of the lot will therefore have to dismantle the teams mounted on the work surface with costs and charges at his expense and without damaging the goods.
- The successful tenderer will also have to fill the pits that will be created following the withdrawal of the milling machine, in particular on the floor and on the wall. This operation must be supported by the appropriate technical documentation drawn up according to current legislation.
- The oil inside the machinery must be collected in special tanks and disposed of at the expense of the successful bidder without spilling it inside the property.

NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 5 days
- it is recommended to have the following means for collection: crane trucks, lifting and traction tools, labour
- It should be noted that the successful bidder of the lots put up for sale must be equipped with a generator to be able to open the shutter and a forklift in order to move the tank that prevents collection.
