Lot No. 1 – AUCTION 9807:
a shareholding equal to 33.34% of the share capital held by Mr. ROTATORI GIANCARLO in TEKNA BUILD GROUP S.r.l., with registered office in Ciampino, Via Col di Lana 45, tax code 17718801008, registered with the Rome REA under no. 1737081, assigned a value of Euro 39,572.00, in its current factual and legal condition.
The assigned value results from a specific appraisal carried out by Dr. Paolo Lombardo, expressly appointed as appraiser, who prepared the sale file complete with all supporting documentation.
From the appraisal report it clearly emerges that the shareholders of the company have partially paid in the share capital; therefore, both they and any successful bidder are subject to the obligation to complete the payment of the remaining capital contribution.
The purchaser of the shareholding shall step into the position of the transferor, including the obligation to complete the payment of the share capital towards Tekna Build Group S.r.l., as evidenced by the deed of incorporation and the company records.
