The bidder who has won lot 1 or the entire block of assets at the end of the auction will be required to send the documentation indicated in the "Condizioni specifica di vendita e ritiro" to the address report@itauction.it no later than the deadline of 48 hours from the close of the auction
If the aforementioned documentation is not sent within the time specified, the bidder will automatically be deemed to have lost the award and the procedure will be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid for the purpose of participation as a penalty. The defaulting contractor will also be removed from the portal, with the impossibility of participating in new auctions.
