ATTENTION: THE PARTICIPATION IN THIS PHASE OF THE AUCTION IS RESTRICTED EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN OFFER WITHIN THE LAST TERM FIXED IN THE NOTICE OF SALE

Creditors Agreement 7/2010 Court Of Bari
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F. 
The Legal Receiver offers for sale the following assets that are part of the company complex of the aforementioned Creditor Agreement:

- Movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the business; we also point out the presence of waste, processing waste and hydraulic oil and anything else better described in the report and subsequent amendments and additions.

- Real estate:

- Sub 1: Business branch called "Nuova Italcioc" and composed of the factory in the basement, ground floor and terrace on the third floor (map sheet no. 44 of parcel no. 478, sub no. 1), plus portion of property for storage use on the first floor (map sheet No. 44 of parcel No. 478, sub No. 4) and caretaker's accommodation on the second floor (map sheet No. 44 of particle No. 478, sub No. 2 ), located in the industrial area of ??Noci, estimated at € 2,357,466.58 as well as all movable property, equipment, systems, office furniture and furnishings and anything else better described in the report and subsequent amendments and additions.
- Sub 2: House located on the first floor of the building located in the industrial area of ??Noci identified therein
with map sheet n ° 44 of parcel n ° 478, sub n ° 5, estimated at € 184,000.00;
- Sub 3: House located on the second floor of the building located in the industrial area of ??Noci identified therein
with map sheet n ° 44 of parcel n ° 478, sub n ° 7, estimated at € 216,380.45;
- Sub 4: House located on the second floor of the building located in the industrial area of Noci identified therein with the map sheet n ° 44 of the parcel n ° 478, sub n ° 6, estimated at € 145,297.11

 
of a company subject to an arrangement with creditors for the production and wholesale marketing of confectionery products with particular reference to chocolate eggs, chocolates and candies.

It should be noted that some goods may contain waste. In the event of the presence of waste, the successful bidder will be obliged to dispose of the same at the expense of the same. The latter will also be responsible for regularly keeping and updating the documentation relating to waste, with the exemption of ITA and the Procedure from any liability.


Business Complex (Single Lot):

Auction base price: € 290.000,00

A reserve price is established, higher than the basic auction price. Only the achievement of the reserve price will determine the award of the asset.

At the end of the auction, the user who has made the highest bid will be the winner of the auction, but subject to communication by the Bodies of the Procedure as to whether or not the reserve price has been reached.
