Sale of the company ECOLMEC srl, with registered office in Marsala having as its object the construction, assembly and sale of plants, machines and equipment and containers for the collection and transport of waste, both solid and liquid, and any another type of vehicle for urban and ecological hygiene services both for decoration and for waste treatment. The company also offers customers assistance and maintenance services for plants, machinery and equipment.
Duration of the contract: annual, with the possibility of tacit renewal of the same duration, unless terminated early in the event of the award to third parties at the time of sale, including individual branches of the company and / or sale of the company or in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Curatela.
The company lease contract must be stipulated in the forms referred to in art. 2556 c.c. before a notary chosen by the Curatel and with economic and tax burdens exclusively on the part of the successful tenderer
The company subject to competitive bidding consists of the following assets:
a) Industrial factory, including enclosed outdoor area of about 7,760 square meters;
b) Plants, machines and equipment;
c) N.3 cars: Audi A6, Fiat Doblò, Fiat Daily;
d) Photovoltaic system.
It is specified that the storage is not the subject of the company rent and the trademark of the bankrupt company which, therefore, can not be used for carrying out the activity.
Attention: it is acknowledged that an offer to the annual fee of € 30,000.00 has already been received by Curatela, as well as tax charges, to be considered as the basis of the auction, and that the offerer has the right of pre-emption pursuant to art. 11, co. 2, Law 21.02.2014 n.9, conversion of D.L. 23.12.2013, n.145.
Each interested party must submit an improved offer, with an increase of no less than € 10,000.00 compared to the one received (and therefore not less than € 40,000.00 per annum plus tax charges), to be transmitted no later than 12:00 of the day 8/02/2019.
Where irrevocable offers of rent are received at a price equal or higher than the above mentioned base price and subject to assessment of admissibility of the same at the sole discretion of the Curatela, also with regard to the above with regard to the bidder's experience in the reference industrial sector of the bankruptcy, the Procedure will accept the largest bid / offer as the basis of the auction for the rental of the Company which will take place according to the procedures indicated in the sales notice downloadable from the documentation section.
