Occupancy status: The business is leased and, as of 8 January 2024, is operated by third parties under a business lease agreement, pursuant to a deed executed by private agreement authenticated by Notary Dr. D’Errico in Ponsacco and registered in Pontedera on 20/01/2024 no. 256, Series 1T.
Abilio S.p.A. will be responsible for setting up and managing a Virtual Data Room intended to upload confidential documents relating to the assets for sale.
