INFORMS
that on September 18, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the asynchronous online sale of the following property will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below:
SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9413: Business Transfer. Subject matter:
1. The entire business unit, including all employees, contracts in force as of the date of the auction, machinery and related contracts, including all goods/equipment/warehouse inventory, systems with their associated equipment, various machinery and equipment, warehouse forklifts, office machines, office furniture, vehicles, furnishings, commercial equipment, permits, authorizations, licenses, clearances, concessions necessary, useful, or appropriate for carrying out the business conducted through the Business Unit, intangible assets owned by LP DRILLING – and in particular – software, programs, licenses, attestations, certifications, any and all rights relating to trademarks, patents, models, and/or other intellectual and industrial property rights, registered and/or de facto, currently and/or in the past used by LP DRILLING, as well as any other intangible right, even unregistered, such as, by way of example and not limited to: SEO of LP DRILLING DRILLING, the owned or licensed hardware and software systems, as well as the internet domain and related website https://www.lpdrilling.it/ and any additional internet domains available to LP DRILLING, with the related access keys and source codes), including the leased assets referred to in the agreements with Albaleasing, except as otherwise provided and any assets subsequently sold to third parties, as a lump sum and in a single lot;
2. The business complex will be transferred together with all employment relationships pertaining to the Business Unit that are in existence on the effective date of the Notarial Deed, and will be governed by the agreements that will be defined within the procedure referred to in Article 47 of Law No. 428/1990, without any costs related to the procedure; Please note that the personnel will be transferred to the successful tenderer following the stipulation of a specific union agreement that will be reached following the union consultation procedure pursuant to Article 47 of Law 428/1990 – referred to, with reference to the instruments for regulating crisis and insolvency, by the provisions of Article 191 of the Italian Civil Code – without prejudice to any different agreements reached with the trade unions.
Please note that:
- The premises located in Cortemaggiore (PC) must be vacated by December 31, 2025, subject to a penalty of €2,500.00 per month to be paid during the procedure, unless otherwise agreed with the owner of the premises;
- The availability of the assets, both those located in Cortemaggiore (PC) and those in Gela (CL), and the related responsibility, will pass to the successful tenderer, effective immediately upon completion of the tender;
- The company that owns the premises where the company is based in Cortemaggiore (PC) has declared its willingness to sign a lease agreement with the successful tenderer. The terms will be independently negotiated, but for the first year (i.e., from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026), the lease agreement must include a rent of €70,000.00 (seventy thousand) plus VAT, obviously excluding any claims against the successful tenderer for unpaid rent prior to December 31, 2025;
- The owner of the premises where the assets are located in Gela (CL) has agreed to continue the agreement with the successful tenderer, which provides for an occupation fee of €800.00, with the tenant having the right to terminate the agreement with 30 (thirty) days' notice;
- transportation and transfer costs and charges for the transferred assets, to be paid by the successful bidder, to be added to the hammer price;
- costs related to the registered office utilities, to be paid by the successful bidder starting December 1, 2025, unless otherwise agreed, to be added to the hammer price;
- the right to withhold access to platforms, software, and documentation for the needs of its own office for a period not exceeding six months.
Starting bid: €1,600,000.00
Minimum accepted bid: €1,200,000.00
Minimum increase in auction price: €30,000.00

ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRONIC SALES PROCEDURE
(offers may be received exclusively electronically, pursuant to Article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
Electronic purchase offers must be submitted by submitters no later than 12:00 PM on September 17, 2025, to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is deemed submitted when the receipt confirming delivery is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.
A single submitter may submit only one offer for each tender. After the first offer, all other offers are deemed inadmissible. The first offer is the one received, according to the receipt generated above, on the date and/or time prior to all other offers submitted by the same submitter.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on September 18, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM and continuing for 2 hours, subject to the submission of further bids.
