COURT OF PADOVA
Judicial Liquidation No. 4/2025

Giuseppe Bussolin, as Trustee of the Judicial Liquidation indicated above, following approval by the Procedure Bodies

WHEREAS

- the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer in the amount of €5,000.00 for the purchase of the company in Judicial Liquidation, with registered office in Noventa Padovana (PD), Via Alessandro Volta no. 1 bis, Tax Code: 04855690287, for the exercise of the activity of "Sales agent for the sale of telephone and mobile and fixed telephony products, telecommunications products and services; intermediation in telecommunications and data transmission services; wholesale trade of other consumer goods";
- As authorized by the Honorable Judge on May 16, 2025, the Procedure intends to launch a trial sale, setting the received purchase bid at €5,000.00 as the starting price, with increasing bids permitted. The procedures for conducting the trial sale are governed by this Notice of Sale;
The bidder who submitted the aforementioned bid is nevertheless required to register for the auction and participate in the trial sale according to the provisions of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale;
- For this competitive procedure, the Receiver has appointed Abilio S.p.A., with registered office in Faenza (RA), at Via Galileo Galilei no. 6, to manage the online platform;

Given all of the above, the Procedure

PUT FOR SALE

Business Complex (Single Lot — Auction No. 9450)

Starting bid: €5,000.00

Minimum increase in the auction: €1,000.00


Should valid irrevocable bids be received at a price equal to or higher than the minimum bid indicated above, the Procedure will automatically accept the bid as the starting bid for the auction, which will be conducted according to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions and Notice of Sale, in the "Conditions of Sale of the Company" section.

MIXED SYNCHRONOUS SALES PROCEDURE
(option to receive offers via both electronic and analog methods, pursuant to Article 22 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

Participants may participate in the tender by submitting their offers using either the methods described in point A (electronic offer) or point B (analog offer).

A. ELECTRONIC OFFER
Electronic purchase offers must be received by the bidders no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, by sending them to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid is deemed to have been submitted when the complete delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.

The auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. onwards and will last five (5) minutes, subject to the submission of further bids. Below is the link to the auction page:



B. ANALOGUE BID
Paper purchase bids must be received using the indicated methods and no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, and delivered in a sealed envelope to the office of Accountant Giuseppe Bussolin in Monselice, Via San Salvaro 2/E, by prior appointment by telephone.

The bidder who submits a bid in a sealed envelope on the day set for the sale is required to appear at the office of Accountant Giuseppe Bussolin in Monselice (PD), Via San Salvaro 2/E, where the auction will take place.
