Lot Description

Lot consisting of:
- n.1 7 ton overhead crane,
- plasterboard office structure with Daikin air conditioning/heating system with ceiling split.

SALES NOTES:
- the overhead crane tracks are not included in the sale; the power cables must be disconnected and adequately insulated with electrical clamps, taking care not to damage the main electrical system of the property.
- the removal of the air conditioning system must be carried out according to the law by carrying out the re-entry of the refrigerant gas inside the machine by a specialized person (refrigeration engineer or air conditioning engineer) to avoid the propagation of the polluting gas into the environment; it will not be possible to cut the pipes in any way unless before having carried out the re-entry of the gas inside the external machine;-
- the office walls also include: false ceiling panels, the pipes of the air system hidden inside it with relative insulating material and the ceiling lighting system which requires during disassembly the insulation of the cables with special electrical clamps; the use of various insulating tapes will not be permitted.

NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 5 giorni

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015.

The offer will be considered valid following the payment of the deposit.
