Creditors Agreement 9/2020 Court of Venezia
LOT 1 - Compendium of movable capital goods for the exercise of footwear production, consisting of a series of machinery and equipment, all as identified, indicated and described in the appraisal of the expert Stefano Bettin of 28 September 2020, and subsequent integration of 9 February 2021, limited to the assets referred to in the offer already received by the company and referred to in numbers 29-30-35-36-38-39-45-46-49-50-52-53-54 -54A-55-56-61-62-63-68-69-71-72-73-75-84-85-88-89-92-93-97-99-106-107-108-110-111 -112-113-120-121-122-123-125-127-131-133-134-136-137-141-142-143-156-157-158-159-161-162-164-174-228 -229-230 of the same appraisal and listed in detail at the bottom of the court decree.
At the hearing on March 31, 2021 at 13.00, before the Delegated Judge Dr. Silvia Bianchi, at the Court of Venice in San Polo no. 119 will take place pursuant to art. 163 bis of the Italian Law a tender for the award to the highest bidder of each of the two lots indicated above and better described in the respective appraisals to be understood as fully referred to herein.
Irrevocable offers must be submitted by 12.00 on the day before the date set for the hearing, at the office of the judicial commissioner, Dr. Isabella Tomasin in Venice, Santa Croce 510.
