COURT OF BRESCIA
JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE NO. 93/2023
WHEREAS
• The Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer secured by a deposit in the amount of €20,000.00, plus statutory fees and commissions due to Abilio, where applicable, relating to LOT 1 AUCTION 8471: Sale of business of the company IAM INDUSTRIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SRL IN LIQ;
• The Procedure intends to launch a trial sale, setting the bid received for the above lot as the starting price, the terms of which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
• The party submitting the bid that constitutes the starting price is nevertheless required to register for the auction and participate in the trial sale according to the provisions of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale.
Given the above,
NOTICE

that on December 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the synchronous online sale of the following asset will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below:

Lot 1, Auction 8471: Business sale of IAM INDUSTRIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SRL IN LIQ, placed in liquidation by resolution dated March 28, 2023. Its corporate purpose was to provide consultancy in the field of industrial planning, commercial organization, and marketing, not to the public.

Consisting of:
1) the work tools and equipment;
2) the leasing contract no. 03928157 for the vehicle with license plate GE556EN, stipulated with the company "BMW Bank GmbH" and the related insurance financing;

3) the lease agreement signed privately on April 3, 2018, with the company "Immobiliare Adamantea Srl," based in Brescia, registered at Brescia 1 on April 19, 2018, under no. 2315, series 3T, with an annual rent of €20,040 + VAT.
4) a current employment contract;
5) the server, including all accounting and management data and archives;
6) the proprietary rights, including trademarks, logos, and any other patents and designs, registered or unregistered, relating to the business unit, including the logo, the play-off, and the claim, such as, for example, the "IAM" trademark and logo, and in general all that constitutes the intangible assets of the business unit, as well as any intellectual property and technology relating to the business unit, such as, among others, copyright and similar rights;
7) the internet domains and online sites;
8) existing contracts with suppliers and customers relating to the currently leased business unit;
9) any other assets or rights instrumental to the business activity of the leased business unit.

Starting bid: €20,000.00

Minimum bid: €1,000.00

For details and information regarding the actual and legal status of the business unit for sale, please refer to the appraisal report. The bidder declines all responsibility for any failure to provide information by interested parties.

SYNCHRONOUS ELECTRONIC SALE PROCEDURE
(option to receive electronic offers, pursuant to Article 21 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

Electronic purchase offers must be received by the bidders no later than 12:00 noon on December 4, 2025, by sending them to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled web form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.

The synchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on December 5, starting at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m. and lasting sixty seconds, unless further bids are submitted.
