IT Auction cannot guarantee nor define a precise timing for what concerns the documentation that has to be produced to complete the practice as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure. This means that the procedure requires the following actions by the Professional in charge:

2. Deposit the Report in Court
3. Produce a certified copy of the above-mentioned document
Agenzia Effe will complete the practice only when received: the certified copy of the Report, of the documentation requested to the tenderer, and the payment. Please note that the procedure above mentioned does not apply to vehicles with “yellow plate” as they are not registered to PRA. In order to update the property on the circulation card, the production report is not required. The practice will be completed faster.
