Automatic mattress packing machine H288
The Model H288 RMT automatic packing machine is a machine specifically designed to pack mattresses at the end of a production line.
Equipped with a self-regulating press, the H288 RMT is able to automatically manage mattresses of different sizes and types.
The hoist for inserting polyethylene rolls also allows you to significantly reduce the manual handling of loads.
The structure that houses the polyethylene rolls also includes supports for customization and reinforcement rolls which can be used or excluded automatically based on the programming of the work cycle.
The excludable press and the belt infeed conveyor also allow you to package sommiers.
The machine, very versatile and highly productive, is equipped with low maintenance Teflon sealing bars. Thanks to the pusher it is able to package benches, standard mattresses, latex and large thicknesses without changing settings. The touch panel screen guarantees a user-friendly interface.
