Lot Description

Court of Padua - Creditors Agreement n.1 / 2014
Sale of a 100% stake in the share capital of the company "ERRE & EMME S.R.L." with registered office in Via Uruguay n. 20, Padua (PD), VAT number 04045750280.
The activities carried out by this company are:
• the construction, maintenance, management, in Italy or abroad, directly or through tenders, of buildings of any type and any
operates, both in the public and private building sector, with all the connected and accessory operations;
• the purchase, lease purchase, sale, exchange, lease of real estate and real estate rights in general,
wherever places, both in Italy and abroad, with the completion of any connected or ancillary operation;
• the acquisition of shareholdings or interests in Italian and foreign companies and companies having a similar object, similar or connected to what
indicated in the previous points for investment purposes and not for placement;
• of all the activities connected and complementary to the previous points.

The share capital of the company is € 118,888.00 fully subscribed and of which € 118,888.00 is paid.

It is hereby acknowledged that an irrevocable offer to purchase the lot was received for a total value of € 500 (five hundred euros / 00), therefore the price offered cannot be less than € 600 (equal to the minimum bid of € 100 in addition to the offered by the Procedure).
The purchase offers must be presented in a sealed envelope, without any distinctive mark, at the Liquidator's office located in Vicenza in Contrà Mure Porta Nova n. 32, by 12:00 on the 5/06/2019.
