Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015

Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.24/2021 Court of Pavia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Codogno (LO) and can be inspected upon appointment

It is specified that it is the contractor's responsibility to re-test the expired cylinders and bear the related cost. Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:

• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.

You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
