Auction Description
Sale of assets from Controlled Liquidation No. 13/2025 and 14/2025 of the Court of Foggia.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Foggia (FG) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sales procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
Registered users may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate received offers only after the correct submission of the completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, along with a personal and confidential secret code required to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest.
This code will be requested only during the auction phase.
Please note that, since it is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address it cannot be resent or disclosed again under any circumstances.

SALES NOTES:
The assets are owned by a private individual and the transaction is not carried out in the course of business. Therefore, it is outside the scope of VAT, as per Article 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72.
Transfer subject to a €2.00 revenue stamp.
The VAT exclusion applies only to subjects resident in Italy.
The Procedure is not registered in the VIES system, therefore European buyers will be required to pay VAT.
