PROVISIONAL AWARD
Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria no.3275/2019 Court of Palermo.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 28/02/2023 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 27/02/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 200 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
NOTES TO PARTICIPATION
-The awarding of the lots at the end of the auction is provisional. The definitive award of each asset offered for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Palermo
-Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
-The person who at the end of the tender has won one or more goods will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the auction close, to the address finalizzazione@industrialdiscount.com: consult the specific conditions of sale and withdraw
