Dr. Fabiano Giacomelli, with offices in Ponsacco (PI) at Via N. Sauro 61, as Trustee of the proceedings indicated above
WHEREAS
- the Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer in the amount of €4,000.00, plus statutory fees and the sales commission due to Abilio S.p.A., for the property listed in Auction Lot 9430;
- the Procedure intends to initiate a trial sale, setting the purchase offer received as the starting price, the terms of which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
- in the event of the failure to submit further valid bids, the party who submitted the authorized bid, recorded in the documents as the starting price, will therefore be deemed the successful bidder.
Given all of the above, the Procedure
INFORMS
that on October 1, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the following credits will be sold through a competitive bidding process on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it:
- SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9430: ASSIGNMENT OF VAT TAX CREDIT WITH A VALUE OF €9,176.93 accrued during the Procedure and generated by the fees of the Professionals involved in the Procedure.
Starting bid: €4,000.00
Minimum bid increase: €1,000.00
To participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein and submit your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 PM on September 29, 2025, using the following methods: · via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that the documentation attached and included in the certified email (PEC) must be digitally signed.
