- Final VAT credit estimated at approximately Euro 76,412.00 (VAT credit as of 12/31/2023 Euro 928.00 + VAT credit on invoices to be received following the payment of fees to the Judicial Commissioner and Judicial Liquidator Euro 30,832.00 + VAT credit on invoices to be received following the payments to be made at the time of final distribution Euro 44,652.00) which will be requested for reimbursement, pursuant to paragraph 1 of art. 30 D.P.R. 633/72, in the year following the year of cessation of the activity;
- IRES credit estimated to date at approximately Euro 7,705.00, in addition to any additional withholdings currently accruing, which will be requested for reimbursement with the Income Tax Declaration for the year 2024 to be presented in the year 2025.
Base auction price: € 42,000.00
Minimum increase in the tender € 2,000.00
It should be noted that participation in the auction is reserved only for Authorized Financial Intermediaries supervised by the Bank of Italy. In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 17/12/2024, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,
- by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 18/12/2024 at 2:00 p.m. Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
The Procedure will prepare and manage a Virtual Data Room for the purpose of uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. The Data Room allows access to additional documentation in addition to that uploaded to the portal www.industrialdiscount.it to those interested in purchasing. Such access will be permitted only upon signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the requested documents to the certified email address of Abilio S.p.a..
