NOTICE

that on 29th november 2024 at 11:00 am, the synchronous telematic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following property:

Tax credit from Building Bonus of a total of Euro 17,600.00 claimed by the Procedure

Starting auction price: €9,000.00

Minimum raise: €500.00

It is specified that the documentation relating to the credit, present in the tax drawer, will be sent to any interested parties only upon request and after signing a confidentiality agreement.

To this end, requests must be sent to the Curator's email address roberto@ricciebaldiassociati.it who will provide feedback.

The electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12.00 pm on28/11/2024by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry amministrazionepvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the form pre-compiled web page available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.

The synchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 29/11/2024 from 11:00 am onwards and lasts 120 seconds, subject to the presentation of further bids.
