Shareholding equal to 49.93% in OMNIA Immobiliare S.r.l., with registered office in Bardolino (VR), Via Solferino no. 31/A.

Starting auction price € 400,123.00

At the end of the auction, the award cannot be final since, as provided for by the company statute and in compliance with the code regulations, the Professional will notify the members within 5 (five) days of the provisional award, by registered letter with return receipt, of the essential elements of the best offer received in order to allow the exercise of the right of pre-emption.

Purchase offers may be submitted by 12:00 on 06/06/2025 via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
