The undersigned Attorney Enrico Maria Sinatra, with office in Trapani, in his capacity as Trustee (hereinafter also the “Professional”) of the insolvency procedure indicated above,
HEREBY ANNOUNCES
that on 3 June 2026 starting from 11:00 a.m., an asynchronous auction will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiarieitalia.it for the sale of the following assets belonging to the above-mentioned insolvency procedure, as more fully described in the appraisal reports:
Lot No. 1 – AUCTION 9079:
corporate shareholdings held by the Procedure in the company INCAMMISA NICOLÒ MARMI S.r.l., with registered office in Custonaci (TP), Via San Vito snc – C.da Baglio Messina,
VAT No. 01992510816 – Tax Code 01992510816 – REA TP137860,
in which the sole proprietorship INCAMMISA Nicolò holds a 30.00% stake.
The activity carried out is the extraction and processing of stone materials.
The company’s share capital amounts to €10,000.00, fully subscribed and paid.
Base auction price: €21,094.00
Minimum accepted offer: €15,820.00
Minimum bid increment: €1,000.00
Please note that, pursuant to Art. 2471, paragraph 3 of the Italian Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the company’s bylaws regarding the shareholders’ right of first refusal, the Professional will notify the investee company and its shareholders of the outcome of the auction.
Within ten days from the award, the company may present another purchaser offering the same price as the successful bidder.
ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRONIC SALE PROCEDURE

Electronic bids must be submitted by the bidders no later than 12:00 p.m. on 01/06/2026 by sending them to the Ministry’s certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal:
http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The electronic bid is considered filed at the moment when the delivery receipt issued by the Ministry of Justice’s certified email provider confirming successful delivery is generated.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 03/06/2026 starting at 11:00 a.m. and will last two hours, unless additional bids are submitted.
