JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE N. 47/2023

Business complex located in Riccione consisting of gym equipment and machinery, as well as start-up, and having as its object the realization of amateur sports activities and the practice of every type of activity and sports discipline provided for by national sports federations and sports promotion bodies recognized by CONI.

It is specified that the company is currently rented under a 6-year contract, starting from 10.03.2022 and until 09.03.2028. This deadline will be automatically extended by six years in the absence of written communication.

The annual rent is equal to €24,000.00 plus VAT to be paid in advance monthly installments, each of €2,000.00 plus VAT.

Base auction price: €200,000.00
