Auction Description

Company having as its object the activity of trade, including electronic, wholesale and retail, on its own account and on behalf of third parties, of fashion goods and accessories in general, with particular reference to the handbag sector, including tangible assets and intangible assets better specified in the appraisal report. The company does not include employment relationships.

Auction starting price: € 30,000.00 (thirty thousand/00) equal to the highest irrevocable purchase bid secured to date received in paper form by the Trusteeship.

ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALE PROCEDURE

The electronic purchase offers must be received by the offer submitters no later than 11:00 on 07/30/2025 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.

The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 07/31/2025 from 3:00 pm and following and will last twenty-four hours unless further bids are submitted.
