MINOR AGREEMENT PROCEDURE PURSUANT TO ART. 74 CCII - N.R.G. 5/2023
Current company in Serra de' Conti (AN), via San Fortunato n.11, whose object is the management of social stables and livestock breeding activities for milk production as well as ancillary energy production activities electricity through photovoltaic conversion from solar sources, electricity production through a biogas plant and management of silo storage systems.
The company is mainly made up of: movable assets, registered furniture, systems and equipment instrumental to the carrying out of the activity; goods subject to leasing contracts; PAC securities; herd; real estate and land; agreement with GSE for a photovoltaic system; agreement with biogas GSE; all administrative authorizations and licenses necessary for carrying out business activities; employee employment contracts. The company activity is carried out even if plots of land for agricultural use located in the municipalities of Serra de' Conti (AN) and Montecarotto (AN) are rented.
BASIC PRICE: €2,421,827.00
MINIMUM OFFER: €2,200,000.00
