Auction Description
that, as indicated in the notice of sale, the asynchronous electronic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following property:
LOT ONE – AUCTION NO. 10095: Sale of a current business complex in the Municipality of Mondolfo (PU), Marotta district, Via Ugo Foscolo No. 28, operating as a hotel and restaurant. The business complex includes:
- Systems, equipment, furniture, and furnishings necessary for the operation of the hospitality business;
- Licenses, authorizations, registrations, permits, and certifications required for the continuation of the business activity;
- Building used as a hotel with adjacent land.
Please note that the property is currently granted for fair use under a business lease agreement expiring on December 15, 2029, with provision for prior termination of the agreement on October 31, 2027 if the transfer of the property is arranged within that period.

The electronic bid is considered submitted when a complete receipt of delivery is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.

The commission, paid entirely by the winning bidder, is calculated using a degressive method in brackets based on the auction price, as further specified in the notice of sale.
