The undersigned, Dr. Francesco Cavasino, with an office in Trapani, Corso Pier Santi Matterella, as Trustee of Judicial Liquidation No. 22/2025

INFORMS

of the sale of the following property:
SINGLE LOT - AUCTION NO. 9852: Business complex consisting of movable and intangible assets related to the restaurant business (supply of food and beverages) in the city of Alcamo. This business complex includes commercial goodwill, the lease of a property—at the contractually established monthly rent of €2,300.00 plus accrued and accruing ISTAT increment—located in Alcamo, Via Madonna del Riposo no. 174, pursuant to the contract signed on January 27, 2018, expiring on June 30, 2030 (automatically renewable for six-year periods), SCIA (Certified Body for the Opening of a Food and Beverage Business), as well as all movable assets (except for the registered movable property) described in the commercial valuation document for movable property attached to this invitation to tender.

Please note that the sale also includes certain food products with an imminent best-before date or which may have expired by the date of award. It will be the successful bidder's responsibility to verify their usability or possible disposal in accordance with legal regulations, releasing the tenderer from any liability resulting from the improper use of such products.

Value of bids: Free bids will be permitted.

In any case, the Procedure reserves the right to examine the offer, assess its appropriateness, and proceed with a regular auction with the starting price being the value of the highest irrevocable purchase offer received, with the possibility of awarding the contract to the bidder in the absence of further higher offers.
