NOTICE
that on 23/12/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the synchronous telematic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:
LOT 2 - Auction n. 9362: Branch of the company of Milano Risorgimento having as its object the activity of supplying food and beverages. The branch includes exclusively the following assets and legal relationships:
a. Movable assets, equipment for carrying out catering activities and inventories, subject to inventory on 03.27.2025;
b. Lease agreement with the owner of the property in Piazza Risorgimento 3 for the exercise of the business activity until 12.31.2029;
Auction starting price: € 16,500.00
Minimum accepted bid: € 12,375.00
Amounts of the increases € 500.00
The business unit does not include the licenses to carry out the activity or any other authorization to carry out the activity, as the procedure does not allow for their transfer. The lease contract can be freely transferred even
without the consent of the lessor and is not subject to the provisions of art. 36 L. 392/78

The synchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 23/12/2025 from 11:00 and following and lasts sixty seconds, unless further bids are submitted.
