Lot 1 - Traceable credit available on the Revenue Agency's credit transfer portal for the Renovation Discount pursuant to Article 121 of Legislative Decree 34/2020, identified by Tax Code 7716, for a total value of €39,645.00. The base price is set at an amount equal to 40% of the nominal value and, therefore, €15,858.00 (fifteen thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight/00).
Lot 2 - Traceable credit available on the Revenue Agency's credit transfer portal for the Superbonus 110 discount pursuant to art. 119 of Legislative Decree 34/2020, identified by Tax Code 7719, with a total value of €1,739,825.75.
The base price is set at an amount equal to 60% of the nominal value and, therefore, €1,043,895.45 (one million forty-three thousand eight hundred and ninety-five/45).
Lot 3 - Non-traceable credit available on the Revenue Agency's credit transfer portal for the Superbonus 110 discount assigned pursuant to art. 119 of Legislative Decree 34/2020, identified by Tax Code 6921, with a total value of €275,659.60.
The base price is set at an amount equal to 60% of the nominal value.
Lot 4: Untraceable credit available on the Revenue Agency's credit transfer portal for the Facade Bonus discount pursuant to art. 121 of Legislative Decree 4/2020: €26,919.20, identified by Tax Code 6922, for a total value of €26,919.20. The starting price is set at an amount equal to 40% of the nominal value, and therefore, at €10,767.68 (ten thousand seven hundred and sixty-seven/68).

ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRONIC SALE PROCEDURE

Electronic purchase offers must be received by the bidders no later than 12:00 PM on November 11, 2025, by sending them to the Ministry's certified email address (offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it) using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The Asynchronous Online Sale will take place on November 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it.

Abilio S.p.A. will set up and manage a Virtual Data Room for uploading confidential documents relating to the assets for sale. This access will be granted only upon signing a non-disclosure agreement, which must be sent, signed and accompanied by the requested documents, to Abilio S.p.a.'s certified email address.
