Bankruptcy no. 18/2013 of the Court of Civitavecchia
Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.
Assignment of unsecured credit of a commercial nature for an original total of Euro 725,621.94 admitted in the Extraordinary Administration procedure of the company XXX Spa.
It should be noted that the percentage of 5.1% of the credit, equal to Euro 37,006.72 has already been forfeited by the Bankruptcy River nurseries n. 18/2013 and therefore the residual credit amounts to Euro 688,615.22.
The sale will take place TO THE BEST BIDDER therefore offers of any amount may be presented without prejudice to the right of the Procedure to evaluate the adequacy of the offer received at any time.
In order to take part in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 05/03/2024, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6
- via pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com
On 06/03/2024 at 3.00 pm Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes.
