LOT 1 AUCTION 9674: Business Transfer
The business unit is responsible for the sale, installation, and maintenance of ATM/self-service systems (ATMs, cash registers, safes) throughout Italy and consists of:
- tangible assets: the assets owned by the grantor relating to the business unit listed below: AUDI Q3 2.2 TDI ST, size ET636ND, air conditioning system, alarm system, STILL forklift, 3 laptops, office furniture (chairs, desks, cabinets), multifunction printer, video surveillance system, monitor, IVECO Eurocargo 7.5 tons, size FF318KT;
- contracts: employment contracts for 8 (eight) employees.
Please note that the business unit is subject to a lease agreement in effect until December 31, 2025, which expressly provides for automatic termination upon the award of the business unit in the competitive sale process.
