The undersigned Dr. Aldo Ferretti, Liquidator of the above-mentioned Compulsory Administrative Liquidation, with office in Cesena, via Dell’Arrigoni n. 220,

IS PLACING FOR SALE

the following assets pertaining to the above-mentioned Procedure, better described in the appraisals available at the office of the Liquidator.

AUCTION N° 9008 consisting of:

- 20.27% share of the Caserma real estate limited liability company, equal to €13,164.35 of the share capital, with an estimated value of €415,000.00.

The business carried out is that of construction, sale, rental, exchange, trade, intermediation, management and enjoyment of real estate, other construction work of any kind, as well as activities similar or pertinent to those mentioned above.

Pursuant to art. 2471, paragraph 3, of the Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the bylaws of the individual companies regarding the right of pre-emption of the members, the Liquidator Commissioner will notify the participating companies and the members of the outcome of the auction.

Starting auction price: Euro 415,000.00

Purchase offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the office of Notary Marco Maltoni, located in Cesena Viale Gaspare Finali n°66, by 12:00 on 05/19/2025, a non-holiday preceding the date set for their examination and for the competition between the bidders.

On 05/20/2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the office of Notary Marco Maltoni, located in Cesena Viale Gaspare Finali n°66, the envelopes will be opened. In the event of multiple offers, a tender will be called among those present based on the highest offer received.

The upward auction will begin on 05/20/2025 at 3:00 p.m. and only bidders deemed suitable will be able to participate.
