Sale of assets deriving from Controlled Liquidation no. 51/2025 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to art. 216 of the Crisis and Insolvency Code (C.C.I.).
The assets are located in Rome and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous online sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Users who are correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the relevant security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after correct receipt of the duly completed form and actual crediting of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user to communicate the validation of the offer, as well as the secret and personal code that must be used in order to participate in the purchase of the lot of interest in the online auction. It is specified that the received code will be required only during the auction proceedings. It is further specified that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address, cannot in any way be resent or communicated again.
