Auction Description

Composition with creditors n.9/2016 of the Court of Catanzaro

Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the business complex of a company whose object is the production and assembly of a particular roller shutter with adjustable slats called Rolltek protected by a European patent sold as a finished product on the market.
It should be noted that this business complex is currently leased under a contract with an expiry date of the completion of the transfer of the business unit following the competitive procedure.

The sale includes:

- movable assets instrumental to carrying out the business;
- real estate
- intangible assets consisting of two patents and their related trademark
- n. 47 employee employment contracts.

Starting auction price:  2.194.796,00
Offerta minima: 1.646.097,00
 
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 02/04/2025, according to a of the following alternative modes:

- by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the office of the Judicial Liquidator Dr. Cesare Marullo in Via Gallucci n.89, Catanzaro (CZ).

- via pec communication to the address cpo9.2016catanzaro@pecconcordati.it,. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 03/04/2025 at 12.00 the Liquidator will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers presented according to the methods described above and, having verified the validity of the offers presented, will communicate to the Abilio company the bidders to be enabled on the site www.industrialdiscount.it according to the procedures set out in the announcement.
