NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE PROCEDURE FOR THE SALE OF A BUSINESSCERRA srl with registered office in Otranto LE at Via Antonio Primaldo 2 postcode 73028 VAT no 04770660753 represented by its legal representative and sole director Dr Gabriele Sticchi GIVES NOTICE that it intends to receive irrevocable offers to purchase its business complex under the conditions set forth below 1 Object of the sale The object of the sale will be a the Cerra srl business complex consisting of a agricultural land in Cerra Municipality of Otranto LE registered in the land registry under Fg 36 item 20 arable land class 3 with a cadastral area of 31 876 sq m and under Fg 36 item 1094 arable land class 3 with a cadastral area of 19 170 sq m b movable property machinery equipment furnishings and specific systems as further identified in Annex 1 appraisal report Pursuant to Article 22 letter d of the Italian Civil Code the above mentioned and described business complex will be transferred free of any encumbrances or prejudicial encumbrances as the successful tenderer transferee of the business will not be required to pay the debts resulting from the mandatory accounting records but will only assume joint and several liability towards the workers pursuant to Article 2112 of the Italian Civil Code In this case Cerra srl has no employees and there are no debts owed to workers The sale will concern exclusively the aforementioned business complex land movable property in its current state and excluding the seller s warranty for defects In this regard it should be noted that the disposal costs for the existing structures on the land mentioned on page 20 of the appraisal in Annex A have been revoked due to the revocation of the criminal seizure order 2 BASE PRICE FOR THE COMPETITIVE PROCEDURE AND DEPOSIT The base price to be indicated in the offer to purchase the aforementioned business complex is set at 470 000 00 four hundred and seventy thousand 00 plus any applicable taxes and duties Offers lower than 470 000 00 will not be accepted The offer must be accompanied under penalty of inadmissibility by a non transferable bank check made out to Cerra S r l in the amount of 47 000 00 as a deposit equal to 10 of the base sale price The deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders at the end of the competitive procedure will be applied to the price in favor of the successful bidder will be permanently retained by Cerra srl without prejudice to compensation for any further damages if the successful bidder fails to pay the balance of the price and the sum of 100 000 00 as external financing within the established deadline or fails to execute the deed of transfer after receiving authorization from the Court Digitally signed offers and attachments must be sent exclusively from the bidder s certified email address to the certified email address of the Expert Dr Pierantonio Cicirillo pcicirillo pec it Bids must be submitted between 00 00 on 21 September 2026 and 23 59 on 25 September 2026 Only the date and time of receipt of the certified email will be considered valid
