248,292 shares of the company Emiliana Conserve Società Agricola Spa, with registered office in Busseto (PR), Via Vivaldi 7, Cod Fisc / VAT number 00697400349.
- The procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer with a deposit of EUR 500,000.00, plus legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to abilio S.p.a.
- The procedure intends to start a sales experiment, placing the received irrevocable purchase offer with guarantee as the basis for the auction.
Auction base price: € 500,000.00
The purchase offers can be submitted in a sealed envelope, with delivery by hand, at the office of the Notary Carlo Brunetti located in Piacenza, Via IV Novembre n. 132, by 12 noon on 08/05/2023 which will issue a specific delivery receipt.
On 08/05/2023 at 15.00 at the Notary's Office Dr. Carlo Brunetti, the envelopes will be opened.
In the case of a single offer, the assets will be considered provisionally awarded to the person indicated in the offer itself, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of pre-emption granted to shareholders to be exercised in the forms and methods indicated in the notice of sale.
