Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Transfer of the following assets forming part of the corporate compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy: movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity, contracts, goodwill and everything better identified in the appraisal
of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the activity of nursery school, elementary school, didactic aid service for students with disabilities, interventions of any kind relating to education, culture and school activities, educational workshops for children.
It should be noted that, to date, the company is the subject of a lease contract effective from 07/15/2022.
Base price: Euro 37.791,00
In order to take part in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 30/07/2024 according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at via G. Galilei n. 6
- via pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com
On 31/07/2024 at 3.00 pm abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
