JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION No. 26/2024

Dr. Aldo Larizza, with offices in Reggio Calabria (RC), Via Antonino Cutroneo 47, as Trustee of the Judicial Liquidation No. 26/2024 of the Court of Reggio Calabria

NOTICE

that on December 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the synchronous online sale will take place on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it for the following property:

SINGLE LOT Auction 9664: Business unit comprising an industrial plant for processing aggregates and packaging concrete, various ancillary structures (some masonry) supporting the plants, and several vehicles as listed below. The facility is located in the municipality of Condofuri (R.C.), in the Rossetti di Condofuri Marina area, within the bed of the Amendolea River, close to the right bank.

The industrial complex comprises:

1. A river aggregate processing plant, with a suitable hopper, conveyor belts, a crusher for demolishing aggregates and piles of material of various grain sizes.

2. A concrete packaging plant, with cement powder silos, aggregate hoppers, conveyor belts, mixers, and concrete discharge pipes.

The ancillary works completed on the area in question are:

1. A single-story building with a flat reinforced concrete roof, located at the plant entrance, intended for use as an office;

2. Three single-story reinforced concrete storage rooms, located at the end of the plant area on the upstream side, adjacent to the embankment wall;

3. A single-story building used for the concrete mixing plant controls;

4. A single-story building with a mixed reinforced concrete and steel structure, with a sheet metal roof, used for vehicle storage, located on the upstream side of the plant.

The facility also includes access ramps to the concrete mixing plant hoppers and the aggregate crushing plant screen, as well as adjacent spaces for vehicle parking and internal traffic.

The vehicles present within the industrial facility, as catalogued by the technical consultant, are listed below:

1. Crawler excavator, model CAT NVA;

2. Fire truck on a vehicle, model Iveco 330-30, license plate: GE B64976;

3. Construction truck, model Iveco three-axle high-dump truck, license plate: AM 083 DZ;

4. Concrete mixer on a vehicle, model Iveco 330, 9.00 m3, license plate: RC 417361;

5. Concrete mixer on a vehicle, model Iveco 330, 9.00 m3, license plate: BA 303 MZ;

6. Construction truck, model Iveco 330 three-axle high-dump truck, license plate: RM 21391V;

7. Concrete mixer on an Iveco 330 vehicle, 9.00 cubic meters. License plate: AV 554 WZ;

8. Construction truck, Iveco three-axle high-dump truck, License plate: CF 368 AK;

9. Concrete mixer on an Astra four-axle vehicle, 11.00 cubic meters. License plate: RC 408798;

10. Astra construction dumper.

The site of the entire production complex where the above-mentioned plant is located, pursuant to a contract registered on 22.11.1996, is the subject of a state concession on the riverbank to the right of the Amendolea stream of 7160 m2 + 2550 m2 + a 2250 m2 strip as an access road located between Condofuri Marina (R.C.) and Bova Marina (R.C.).

Starting bid: €115,137.55

Minimum bid: €86,353.16

Minimum raise: €5,756.88

Security deposit: 10% of the proposed price

Special Notes:

The fees for the State Concession of the area were regularly paid until 2016. The outstanding fees amount to €48,112.45, which will remain the responsibility of the successful tenderer for the purpose of maintaining the facility within the state-owned area of Fiumara dell'Amendola.

The buyer will not be liable for the debts of the transferred company, pursuant to art. 214, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code, including tax debts. In the event of judicial liquidation, the provisions of art. 14 of Legislative Decree no. 18 of December 18, 1997, do not apply. 472.

There are no existing employment relationships, and therefore, the transfer will not result in the purchaser automatically taking over the aforementioned relationships, nor will it assume any liability for prior debts incurred by the company under this title, in derogation of the provisions of Article 2112 of the Italian Civil Code.

All credits of the transferred company will remain the exclusive property of the transferor's Judicial Liquidation Company.

Electronic bids must be submitted by the bidders no later than 1:00 PM on December 18, 2025, to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid is considered submitted when the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider generates a receipt confirming delivery.

The synchronous electronic auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on December 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will last 5 minutes, unless further bids are submitted.
