Auction Description
Mr. Stefano Stefanelli, Chartered Accountant, with office in Santa Croce sull’Arno (PI), Via G. Verdi no. 18, acting as Judicial Commissioner (hereinafter the “Professional”) of Minor Composition with Creditors No. 32/2025 of the Court of Pisa (hereinafter the “Procedure”).
WHEREAS
On 29/07/2025, the Honorable Delegated Judge of the Court of Pisa, Dr. Marco Zinna, issued a Decree pursuant to Article 91 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (CCII), ordering a competitive procedure based on the offer submitted on 20/12/2024 within the proposed composition plan by the tenant company, in the amount of €75,000.00.
Considering that the proposal and the composition plan submitted by the petitioner include an irrevocable offer for the purchase of the business submitted by a party already previously identified,
all of the above having been stated, the Court of Pisa intends to commence a competitive sale procedure, setting as the auction base price the offer submitted in the plan. The procedure will be conducted in accordance with the Decree issued on 29/07/2025 and with these Sale Rules.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that from 21/01/2026 at 10:00 a.m. until 26/01/2026 at 5:00 p.m., an asynchronous online auction will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, concerning the following asset:
SINGLE LOT: business complex with registered office in the Municipality of Pisa, Via San Lorenzo no. 48.
Occupancy status: The business is leased and, as of 8 January 2024, is operated by third parties under a business lease agreement, pursuant to a deed executed by private agreement authenticated by Notary Dr. D’Errico in Ponsacco and registered in Pontedera on 20/01/2024 no. 256, Series 1T.
Abilio S.p.A. will be responsible for setting up and managing a Virtual Data Room intended to upload confidential documents relating to the assets for sale. The Data Room allows access to additional documentation beyond that uploaded on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it to parties interested in purchasing the business complex. Access will be granted exclusively upon execution of a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent duly signed and accompanied by the required documentation to the certified email address (PEC) of Abilio S.p.A.
The asynchronous auction will take place on www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it from 21/01/2026 at 10:00 a.m. until 26/01/2026 at 5:00 p.m. and thereafter, and will have a duration of two hours, unless additional bids are submitted.
