Bankruptcy no. 6/2021 Court of Lucca
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the following assets forming part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:
- movable goods instrumental to the exercise of the activity;- patents and trademarks- employment contracts;
of a bankrupt company with the following business purpose: "the production and marketing of new and used machinery for industry and in particular of machines for processing paper, cardboard and similar materials, including parts and accessories; installation, maintenance , repair and trade of industrial machinery and new and used components for the same; recruitment in said sectors, related and complementary; the study, design and construction of industrial machinery within the limits allowed to the companies, carrying out market surveys, the provision of technical and commercial consultancy in the aforementioned sectors, the exploitation, including commercial exploitation of industrial and managerial trademarks, patents and know-how; all excluding any activity reserved for protected professions. "
Auction base price: Euro 640,000.00
Minimum offer accepted: Euro 480,000.00
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 27/10/2022, according to one of the following alternatives:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 27/10/2022 at 3.00 pm abilio will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
