Auction Description
Bankruptcy no. 28/2020 Court of Cassino
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the following assets forming part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:
- Movable assets (plant, machinery, equipment, office machinery and furniture);- Registered movable assets (motor vehicles);- Inventories (accessories, fabrics and finished products);- N. 11 employment contracts;- Commercial goodwill
of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the production and supply of garments and accessories for clothing in Italy and abroad with product and / or process certification.
Auction base price: Euro 138.187,00
The company carries out the activity in a premises owned by third parties and the cost of the rental of the property is not included in the company value at the basis of the auction, for which the successful bidder, should he wish to continue the activity in the same sites, will have to take over the relative contract at their own care and expense
It should be noted that, to date, the company is the subject of a rental contract effective from 14/10/2020 and amended with an appendix dated 24/02/2021. The duration of the rental contract is 1 (one) years starting from 01/03/2021 expiring on 28/02/2022, extended from year to year for the duration of twelve months and expiring, in any case on the date award of the company.
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 16/05/2023, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 17/05/2023 at 3.00 pm abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
